How Product Outsourcing Works
Meeting client requirements will always be our top priority, so we work with you through every step of the sourcing process to ensure that your product is delivered on-spec, on-budget, and on-time. You’ll always know whether or not we can provide a cost savings before you engage our services.Because we handle the majority of the work and do all the heavy lifting, the whole process is simple, straightforward, and easy:
Step 1
VNS [Vietnam Sourcing] works with the client to identify which of their products can be sourced.
Step 2
The client provides samples and drawings/specs (if available) for the identified products.
Step 3
VNS uses the samples and drawings (if available) to identify suitable vendors and using these vendor(s), samples are made for the client to review.
Step 4
The client reviews these samples and provides feedback:If rejected, change requirements are created and sent back to VNS, who coordinates and executes the changes with the vendor [Back to Step 3].If approved, the client will provide VNS with the first Purchase Order and payment [Go to Step 5].
Step 5
VNS has the product produced and inspected by a third party Quality Assurance Company.
Step 6
VNS coordinates shipment and delivery to the client.
Step 7
VNS conducts an after-action review with the client to ensure their satisfaction with the product and service quality.
